Returns

Stark Medical NZ Ltd supplies products in compliance with Medsafe (New Zealand Medicines and Medical Devices Safety Authority) and the Medicines Act 1981. If a product is damaged, defective or plainly incorrect please contact our Customer Support team on 022 854 4432 to organise a refund or exchange at the expense of Stark Medical NZ Ltd.

We also recognise that mistakes can happen with the delivery of goods purchased online or otherwise. Items can be returned at the customer's expense provided they are suitable for restocking. Suitability for restocking specifically requires products to be unused, unopened and in their original packaging with correct labelling. If you have lost or damaged the packaging we are unable to sell the product and therefore unable to accept a return.

There is a 15% restocking charge applicable to returns designed to cover administration and restocking labour costs.
